Ingredients
  • 1 large mango, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped candied ginger
  • ΒΌ cup brown sugar
  • Juice of 1 large lime
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a food processor, place the mangoes, ginger, brown sugar and lime juice. Process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
