Camembert and Toasted Pecan Pate

Ingredients
  • 14 ounces Camembert cheese, rind removed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed and at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon finely chopped pecans, toasted and divided
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Red bell pepper strips
  • Toasted baguette slices
Instructions
  1. Place the Camembert, cream cheese and lime juice in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in ¼ cup of the pecans as well as the salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the remaining pecans and serve immediately
