Beer Barbecue Sauce
  • 7 ounces dark beer
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1½ teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 large garlic clove, peeled and minced
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the beer, lime juice, vinegar, oil, hot sauce, pepper, salt, chili powder and garlic. Stir until the foam from the beer disappears. Use immediately or refrigerate for later use.
