Bacon Cheese Biscuits
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment and set aside.
  2. Place the oats, cheese and crumbled bacon in a food processor and process until crumbly. Add the eggs and process until the mixture forms a dough. Transfer to a floured surface and knead three times. Roll out to ¼-inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.
  3. Place on the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container or freeze for longer use.
