Lemon Crema
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup crème fraiche*
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Finely grated zest of half a lemon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, crème fraiche, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
