Garlic Spinach Sauté
 
Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag fresh spinach leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Add the spinach and cook 3 minutes or until the spinach is wilted. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper and use tongs or a slotted spoon to serve immediately.
