Grilled Asparagus
 
Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375 degrees). Drizzle the asparagus with the oil. Grill, covered, for 2 minutes on each side or until crisp-tender.
  2. While the asparagus is grilling, combine the juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl. When the asparagus is done, drizzle with the juice mixture. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
