There will be a $50 entrance fee and you can smoke any meat of your choice such as Boston butts, ribs, chicken, sausages, brats, etc. There will be blind judging. Smoke all night Oct. 19. There will be food music and judging on Oct 20. We are also looking for businesses that are willing to sponsor the cook-off for a $100 sponsor fee. The sponsors names will be on the plaques for the winners.
