Recording artist and songwriter CJ Solar co-wrote the Billboard Country Airplay #1s “Up Down”—recorded by Morgan Wallen and featuring Florida Georgia Line—and “Some Girls,” recorded by Jameson Rodgers. His songs have also been recorded by Jason Aldean, Justin Moore, Ian Munsick and Jerrod Niemann. Solar has released three EPs of his own—Hard One to Turn Down (2016), Get Away With It (2018) and Coming My Way (2020)—and has opened for Gary Allan, Chris Janson, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Hank Williams Jr.
