Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum Songwriter Session: Frank Ray

| Included with museum admission; Free to museum members. Program ticket required.Police officer turned singer-songwriter Frank Ray wrote all the songs on his 2017 debut EP Different Kind of Country. His single “Drive” reached #1 on the Texas Country Regional Radio Report. In 2018, Ray released the song “Tequila Mockingbird,” produced by Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame member Steve Dorff, and appeared on USA Network’s television show “Real Country.” In 2021, he signed a record deal with BBR Music Group and released singles “Streetlights” and “Country’d Look Good on You.” He has opened for Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Brett Eldredge, Eli Young Band, Josh Turner and Keith Urban.
