Gene Watson in concert Sept. 11, 2021! The new Troubadour Theatre (formerly the Texas Troubador Theater) has been the central spot among fans who enjoy listening to live traditional country music in an intimate and historically rich setting, and the venue has hosted many legendary country artists and up and coming performers.  The Troubadour Theatre is located in the Music Valley Village across the street from the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.  The new owner, Rodney Collins, has renovated the historic theater into a concert venue and has been keeping traditional country music alive at The Music City Bar and Grill in the same plaza. With this grand opening event, Gene Watson kicks off the celebration in concert.
