The bike ride is held in scenic Sumner County and benefits the Sumner Spay Neuter Alliance low-cost spay neuter clinic. The Sumner Spay Neuter Alliance mission is to reduce animal intake and euthanasia at the government animal control shelter. Its working. After more than 54,000 spay and neuter surgeries performed since 2011, euthanasia has been reduced by 60 percent and intake by 38 percent.
