Famous watercolor artist Tom Lynch will present a three-day watercolor workshop at the Cumberland Art Society in Cookeville March 31- April 2, each day running from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tom has previously been seen on his own show on PBS and in many artist magazines.
