As a local, not-for-profit electric cooperative, we encourage energy efficiency because our primary concern is not to create profits for stakeholders. Winter is a wonderful time of year with celebrating the holidays and enjoying its unique beauty. But winter brings challenges. Due to the extreme cold, it can usher in higher electricity bills.
