Whether you want to turn the power on at a new house, add an additional location to your existing account, move to a different location or stop paying for electricity at an old one, MTE is here to help.
Requests can be submitted online 24/7 at mte.com/startstopmove and are processed during regular business hours; please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Once a request is processed, a member support specialist will respond via email unless specific issues need to be discussed, in which case a phone call will be arranged.
Members can submit online requests up to one month in advance of the need for service changes. For requests needing attention within 48 hours, please call 877-777-9020 or visit a local MTE office.

This option is for existing members wanting to change their service account to a new address.
We’re sorry to see you go but thankful for the opportunity to have served you. A final bill will be mailed to you at the address you provide on the form.
