Off the Beaten Path Studio Tour

Every fall, as the hills of Middle Tennessee blaze with autumn color, the Off the Beaten Path Studio Tour invites art lovers and explorers alike to experience a unique, self-guided journey through the creative heart of DeKalb and Cannon Counties. Now celebrating its 26th year, the 2025 tour will take place from Friday, October 24, through Sunday, October 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
This free, three-day event opens the doors to over 25 working artists’ studios nestled along scenic backroads and rolling farmland. Visitors can watch live demonstrations and engage with artists across various mediums, including pottery, painting, woodworking, glassblowing, fiber arts, handmade paper, jewelry and more.
Each stop on the tour offers a distinctive and authentic experience, showcasing a wide range of artistic styles. Attendees can explore and engage with artists dedicated to their craft. It’s an opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind pieces directly from the creators, making for meaningful souvenirs or gifts.
Maps and directions are available on the official website, and bright yellow signs will guide you along the route. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or a curious traveler, the Off the Beaten Path Studio Tour offers a rare glimpse into the vibrant arts community of Middle Tennessee.
