Paws for a Cause 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Walk

This is a family and dog-friendly event!

Paws for a Cause is a professionally timed 5K Run and a 1-mile Fun Walk. Dogs are welcome to accompany their pet parent as they run or walk through a nice residential area. Runners will begin at 9 a.m. and walkers will start at 9:10 a.m. Pre-registration is currently open and can be done online at www.reg2run.com. Pre-registration can also be mailed in to MTSNC, 846 Union St., Shelbyville, TN 37160 or dropped off at this location. Please call to see what days someone is in the office for drop-off registrations.

Day of event registration is from 7:30 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. at the pavilion. Pre-registration is $30; on the day of event, registration is $35.
Kids 10 & Under are free with adult registration.
Dog-friendly event; All dogs must be friendly, on leashes and up to date on vaccinations.

This event benefits the nonprofit 501(c)3 Middle TN Spay & Neuter Clinic. Its mission is to provide affordable spay/neuter surgeries in order to reduce pet overpopulation and end euthanasia in animal shelters. This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for MTSNC and helps to keep the clinic operating and open.
