Quick and Healthy Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 avocado peeled, seeded and finely diced
- 3/4 cup whole-kernel corn thawed
- 3/4 cup grape tomatoes quartered
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Place the avocado, corn, tomatoes and cilantro in a medium bowl and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the lime juice, salt, onion powder, black pepper and cayenne. Allow to stand for at least 20 minutes before serving with tortilla chips.
