Cold Watermelon Mint Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 2 small cucumbers peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the watermelon, cucumbers, mint, lime juice, oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Toss and cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
