Easy Strawberry Freezer Jam Recipe

- Yield: 5 cups
- 6 cups fresh strawberries capped, hulled and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1.59-ounce envelope freezer jam pectin
- Place the strawberries in a large mixing bowl and stir in the sugar. Let stand 15 minutes. Gradually stir in the pectin, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes. Spoon into 5 (8-ounce) canning jars, leaving 1⁄2-inch headspace. Cover with the flat lid and screwband and freeze. Thaw in the refrigerator when ready to use.
