Easy Tomatillo Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups tomatillos diced
- 1/3 cup lightly packed cilantro leaves fresh
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and finely minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup avocado diced
- Blue corn chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, gently combine the tomatillos, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Stir in the avocado just before serving with blue corn chips.
