Grilled stuffed peppers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 large jalepeno peppers halved lengthwise and seeded
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, Cheddar, bacon, green onions, lime juice and salt. Mix on low speed until well combined. Spoon mixture into the pepper halves and place on a lightly greased grill rack. Place on the grill and cover. Grill 8 minutes or until the bottoms of the peppers are charred. Top with the cilantro and serve warm.
