Lady Pea Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large peaches fresh, peeled and diced
- 2 jalapeno peppers seeded and minced
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 2 cups lady peas cooked
- 1/3 cup red onions finely chopped
- 1/3 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, gently stir together the peaches, peppers, lime juice, sugar, zest, peas, onions and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours and up to 24 hours. Serve with blue corn chips or over grilled chicken.
