Mushrooms Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup Swiss or gruyere cheese shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the butter in an oven-proof large skillet over medium-high heat. When melted, add the mushrooms, sour cream, flour, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes and remove from the heat. Sprinkle evenly with the parsley and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is lightly browned. Serve warm.
