Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 1-pound pizza shell store-bought, prepared, thawed if frozen
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms fresh
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, black pepper, cayenne and milk. In large skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the egg mixture and scramble until firm but not browned. Meanwhile, place the pizza shell on a lightly greased pizza pan or large cookie sheet and spread scrambled eggs over shell; cover evenly with mushrooms and cheese. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is crisp and golden. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
