Open-Faced Pear and Blue Cheese Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons toased walnuts or pecans minced
- 4 slices whole wheat bread toasted
- 1 ripe pear
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or raspberry vinegar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese, blue cheese and walnuts or pecans. Spread evenly over the bread. Peel and slice the pear and arrange on top of the bread. Sprinkle with the lemon juice or raspberry vinegar and serve immediately.
