Pea and Bean Hummus Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen English peas thawed
- 2 cups frozen baby lima beans thawed
- 2 large cloves garlic peeled and minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- paprika
- assorted crackers
Instructions
- Place the peas, beans, garlic, oil, lemon juice, cheese, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately with assorted crackers or cover and refrigerate for later use.
