Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 head red cabbage shredded
- 1/4 heaping cup gluten-free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt plain
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the cabbage in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, honey, onion salt and pepper. Pour over the cabbage and gently toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
