Brown Sugar Pecan-Crusted Peach Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour all-purpose
- 1/3 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 1/4 pound butter unsalted
- 1 package cream cheese 8-ounce, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 cups peaches sliced
- 3 cups peachs crushed
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar granulated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 10-inch springform pan and set aside.
- Combine the flour, brown sugar, pecans and butter in a medium bowl. Press into the prepared pan. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust. Evenly arrange the sliced peaches on the top and refrigerate.
- In a medium saucepan, cook the crushed peaches, cornstarch and granulated sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. Pour over the top of the pie. Remove the sides of the pan, slice, and serve.
