Cola Glazed Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 small lamb chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black peper
- 6 green onions trimmed and cut in thin strips lengthwise
- 1 1/2 cups dark cola not diet
- 1 tablespoon anise seeds
Instructions

Place the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, sprinkle both sides of the lamb chops with the salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and saute 4 minutes on each side. Add the green onions, cola and anise seeds. Continue cooking and turning the chops about 8 minutes or until almost all the liquid has evaporated. Place the chops on a serving platter and mound the onions on top. Drizzle with any remaining pan juices and serve warm.
