Creamed Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup half-and-half
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 3-quart baking dish and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the corn, eggs, sugar, half-and-half, butter, cornstarch, salt, dry mustard, onion powder and pepper. Spread in the prepared baking dish and bake 1 hour, stirring halfway through the cooking time. Let stand 5 minutes before serving warm.
