Fig and arugula pizza Recipe

- 1/2 cup Fontina shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded
- 4 pizza crusts
- 12 figs fresh, quartered
- 2 ounces prosciutto sliced, torn into strips
- 2 cups arugula lightly packed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Fontina and mozzarella, tossing well to mix. Prepare the crusts as instructed above. When ready to top, distribute the cheese mixture evenly among the crusts. Top with the figs and prosciutto. Cook as directed above. Remove from the grill and top evenly with the arugula. Serve warm.
