Pesto shrimp pizza Recipe

- 1/2 cup pesto refrigerated
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 pizza crusts
- 1/2 cup goat cheese crumbled
- 12 boiled shrimp peeled, deveined and cut in half lengthwise
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers jarred, roasted, chopped
- 1/4 cup baby spinach shredded
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the pesto and cayenne. When ready to top, distribute the pesto mixture evenly among the crusts. Top evenly with the goat cheese, shrimp and peppers. Cook as directed above. Remove from the grill and top evenly with the spinach. Let stand 5 minutes and serve warm.
