Garlic Herb Butter for Corn on Cob Recipe

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Place the butter in the bowl of an electric mixer. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the garlic, chives and parsley, beating until well blended. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for later use.
