Grilled Melon Wedges with Feta Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 3/4-inch-thick watermelon slices cut into four wedges each
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon bottled balsamic vinegar glaze found in the salad dressing section
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 375 degrees or medium-high heat. Brush both sides of each melon wedge with oil and sprinkle evenly with the salt and pepper. Grill for 1 minute on each side or until the grill marks are evident. Transfer to a serving plate and top evenly with the cheese and prosciutto strips. Drizzle with the glaze and serve immediately.
