Ham and Greens Quiche Recipe

Freeze with any leftover vegetables such as carrots, beans or peas



  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate and set aside. Place the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ham and saute 4 minutes. Stir in the greens and onions and saute 5 minutes longer until tender or until the liquid has evaporated. Layer half of the greens mixture in the prepared pie plate and top with half of the cheese. Repeat layers.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Pour over the top layer. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
