Honey Chicken Salad with Yogurt Dressing Recipe

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, honeydew, celery, cashews and green onions. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper. Add to the chicken mixture and toss to evenly coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving on a bed of mixed greens.
