Honey Mint Melon Pearls Recipe

  1. Using a small melon baller, cut balls from the melons and place in a serving bowl as you work. Cover and chill 1 hour. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice. Stir in the mint and pour over the melon balls. Gently toss to coat and serve.
