Honeydew Smoothie Recipe

  1. Place half of the melon, 1⁄4 cup of the honey and the juice of 1 lime in a blender container. Fill with ice cubes and blend 1 minute on high power or until the ice is crushed. Pour into serving glasses and repeat with the remaining ingredients (except mint). Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
  2. Alternative: To make a thinner beverage, increase or double the lime juice and add a splash of seltzer or tonic water to each glass before serving.
