Marinated Green Beans Recipe

  • Yield: 4-6 servings



  1. Place the green beans over a pot of boiling water and steam for 3 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic, oil, parsley, tarragon, dill, mustard, salt and pepper. Place the beans, peppers and almonds in a large, shallow dish. Pour the dressing over the top and toss to evenly coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Drizzle with the lemon juice and vinegar and let stand another 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
