Orange-Glazed Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1-pound package crinkle-cut carrots
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the carrots, juice, butter, honey, zest, salt, pepper and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook 30 minutes or until the liquid has nearly evaporated and the carrots are glazed.
