Orange-Glazed Carrots Recipe

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the carrots, juice, butter, honey, zest, salt, pepper and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook 30 minutes or until the liquid has nearly evaporated and the carrots are glazed.
