Roasted Brussels Srprouts with Parmesan

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound brussels sprouts cut in half
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt or garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a jellyroll pan and add the olive oil. Place in the oven as it preheats. After 3 minutes, add the Brussels sprouts with the cut side down. Sprinkle evenly with the salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with the Parmesan and cook 5 minutes longer. Serve immediately.
