Sauteed Spinach Recipe

(in place of turnip greens with ham hock)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic peeled and minced
- 8 cups packed baby spinach leaves
Instructions
- Place the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the garlic and saute 1 minute. Add the spinach, cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
