Smoked Pimiento Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package smoked Cheddar cheese grated
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1 4-ounce jar diced pimiento peppers drained
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Cheddar-bacon cheese spread
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish and set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the Cheddar, cream cheese, pimientos, Monterey Jack, mayonnaise, cheese spread, onions and pepper. Mix well and transfer to the prepared baking dish. Bake 12-15 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with chips or crackers.
