Sparkling Strawberry Basil Lemonade Recipe

- Place 3 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe bowl and stir in the sugar. Microwave on high power until the mixture just comes to a boil, around 1 minute. Set aside to cool.
- Meanwhile, place the strawberries in a blender along with the juice of 2 lemons and 3 tablespoons of water. Puree until smooth.
- In a large jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the juice of the remaining lemons, 21 of the lemon basil leaves and 4 ice cubes. Shake well 30 seconds and strain into the strawberry puree. Add the cooled sugar water and pulse to combine.
- Fill 4 large glasses with ice and add a quarter of the strawberry mixture to each glass. Stir in the club soda and garnish each with the remaining lemon basil leaves. Serve immediately.
