Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups pears ripe, diced
- 1 cup toasted pecans chopped
- 3/4 cup golden raisins
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan and set aside.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs, oil and extract. Beat on low speed for 1 minute until blended, then increase the speed to medium-high and beat 1 minute longer.
- Fold in the pears, pecans and raisins. Spread evenly in the prepared pan. Bake 67-70 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached. Let cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool completely before sprinkling with powdered sugar and serving.
