Strawberry Buttermilk Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pints fresh strawberries hulled
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 cubes ice
- mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Place the strawberries, buttermilk, sugar and ice cubes in the container of a blender. Purée until smooth. Pour into small serving bowls and garnish with mint. Serve immediately.
