Warm Lemon Curd with Strawberries Recipe

  1. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, whisk together the eggs, sugar, juice, honey, zest and salt. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Add the butter and continue cooking and stirring until the mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon, around 5 minutes. Place the strawberries in serving bowls. Drizzle the warm curd evenly over the berries and serve immediately.
