Honey Pecan Catfish Recipe

  • Yield: 4 Servings



  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, honey, pecans, garlic, vinegar, liqueur, red pepper, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, salt and pepper. Shake to emulsify. Place the fillets in a shallow baking dish in a single layer. Pour the honey mixture over the fillets. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Grease a jellyroll pan with cooking spray. Place the fillets on the prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes or until the fish flakes in the center. Serve immediately.
