Lime and Mint Mocktail Recipe

  1. Place the cucumber, mint and lime in a pitcher. Add the water. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. To serve, fill glasses with ice and half-fill each glass with the infused liquid. Top with club soda and enjoy.
